Graduate Engineer (2026)

We are looking for engineers graduating in 2026 to join TMC this summer or autumn! You will start on a permanent contract and, during your first year, be enrolled in our dedicated Young Graduate Program, designed to support your professional development as you begin your career.

You will start a full-time engineering project that aligns with your skills, interests, and ambitions, giving you the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned at university or in previous projects and experiences. Depending on the assignment, you could be working in areas such as:

• (Electro)Mechanics and Mechatronics
• Energy & Renewables
• Automotive and related engineering fields
• Automation and industrial or advanced systems

The Young Graduate Program runs alongside your main assignment, providing structured support, guidance, workshops, training, and networking opportunities to help you develop your technical skills, professional experience, and connections.

After your first year, you continue your career at TMC, with ongoing support and opportunities tailored to your growth.

What we expect from you

• You are graduating this year with a Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• You are motivated to learn and develop in a professional environment
• You have an interest in industrial, technical environments, sustainable energy or future-focused technologies
• You speak English and French or Dutch, with at least a basic understanding of a third language

This opening focuses on opportunities in Brussels, Wallonia, and Limburg.
