Your Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a central role in the store’s success by:

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales objectives
• Delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience
• Coaching, motivating, and developing the team to foster a strong sales culture
• Ensuring visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines
• Overseeing operational tasks such as stock control, reporting, and inventory
• Contributing to loss prevention and smooth day-to-day store operations

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Languages: Fluent in English + French or Dutch
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a role within fashion or luxury retail
