🔍 About the Role

This position is a hybrid BA / PM / Tech Lead role supporting CMC operations end‑to‑end—from regulatory CMC documentation to tech ops and manufacturing workflows.

You’ll act as the anchor between the business and technology, owning decisions, mapping processes, identifying pain points, and shaping the digital roadmap for CMC and manufacturing data.

This is not a vendor‑management admin role.

This is the internal expert who confidently challenges vendors, builds solutions, and drives transformation.

🎯 We’re Looking For

Experience

✔ Background in biologics and outsourced manufacturing

✔ Strong exposure within Big Pharma or consulting (PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)

✔ Ability to work across CMC, Tech Ops, Manufacturing, and Quality

✔ Experience improving and automating CMC and manufacturing data flows

✔ Skilled in mapping business processes and leading workshops

Mindset & Capabilities

✔ Knows the business first — IT second

✔ Confident decision‑maker who owns outcomes

✔ Able to challenge vendors on RFPs and delivery

✔ Understands how to turn data pain points into scalable digital solutions

✔ Comfortable acting as the internal voice rather than relying on external consultants

📌 Example Projects You’ll Tackle

• Improving how batch characteristics are analysed across global markets (e.g., CN, JP)
• Streamlining manual regulatory reporting heavy with tables, data, and text
• Exploring automation options with tools like Veeva
• Identifying opportunities to digitise fragmented CMC workflows
• Assessing how outsourced manufacturing data is ingested and reported internally
