Lead Network Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineering Team Lead who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills. You will define the technical direction of the network and security landscape while leading and developing a team of engineers.

You operate across strategy, architecture, and delivery, ensuring a secure, scalable, and modern infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers
• Set priorities, review designs, and maintain engineering standards
• Act as senior escalation point

Architecture & Strategy

• Define and govern enterprise network & security architecture
• Oversee HLD/LLD designs
• Drive modernization initiatives (automation, Zero Trust, cloud integration)
• Align infrastructure roadmap with business objectives

Engineering Oversight

• Guide complex migrations and infrastructure transformations
• Ensure lifecycle management and platform standardization
• Promote automation and operational efficiency

Security & Compliance

• Oversee NGFW, IDPS, NAC, WAF, and identity-driven security
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and governance standards

Required Expertise

• Deep knowledge of enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure environments
• Strong troubleshooting, packet analysis, and root cause skills
• Experience with cloud networking (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
• Familiarity with vendors such as Juniper Networks, Cisco Systems, Palo Alto Networks, and F5
