You will play a key role in supporting approximately 400 end users, ensuring smooth business operations by resolving incidents, unblocking processes, and providing Level 1 SAP support across multiple functional areas.br /br /br /This role is ideal for someone early in their SAP career who wants to deepen their expertise in a dynamic, hands-on environment.br /br /br / br /br /br /Key responsibilitiesbr /br /br /br /Provide Level 1 SAP Support for end users across the business (approx. 400 users)br /br /Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents in a timely mannerbr /br /Support the EWM rollout project, ensuring business continuity during deploymentbr /br /Unblock business processes and escalate issues when necessarybr /br /Document incidents, resolutions, and process updatesbr /br /br /br / br /br /br /Required skills experiencebr /br /br /br /2-5 years of SAP experience (applications exceeding 5+ years will not be considered)br /br /Experience in one or more SAP modules: MM, SD, EWM, or IBPbr /br /Strong understanding of SAP support processes and incident managementbr /br /English proficiency required; French is a strong bonusbr /
