Your Mission
To support our growth across Europe, we are looking for an experienced and hands‑on European Sales Manager. Your main goal will be to develop our presence in key European markets, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities aligned with our strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear sales strategy to grow our market share across Europe.
- Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Represent Lessine at trade fairs, industry events and customer visits throughout Europe.
- Work closely with our internal teams (marketing, technical sales, project engineers) to ensure smooth project follow‑up and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to continuously refine your sales approach.
- Achieve the sales targets and KPIs defined with management.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the bulk materials or process equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of European industrial markets; an existing network is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (Dutch, French, German…) are an advantage.
- Autonomous, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
