Our client is seeking a SharePoint analyst who will work closely with the business. Ready for a new challenge? Sharepoint Analyst (French & Dutch) - Real Estate - Brussels Functieomschrijving - Manage SharePoint sites, folder structures, and access rights. - Support and advise teams in the use of SharePoint for projects, audits, and compliance purposes. - Maintain and manage project documentation within SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date content. - Test new SharePoint functionalities, provide structured feedback to the IT department, and guide end users. - Document processes and use SharePoint as a collaboration and knowledge-sharing platform. - Create, maintain, and update manuals, forms, and internal communications via SharePoint. Profiel - Proven experience working with SharePoint (site management, permissions, document libraries). - Strong understanding of collaboration tools and document management best practices. - Experience supporting users and teams in a corporate or project-based environment. - Ability to structure, maintain, and improve documentation and processes. - Comfortable testing new functionalities and working closely with IT teams. - Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance. - Fluency in French or Dutch, great understanding of the other language Aanbod - Opportunity to join a company that values employee well-being - For a SharePoint analyst looking to work closely with the business
