The Sales Trainer will have the following responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Ensure merchandising compliance through regular client visits and market checks.
- Coach and support sales teams with tailored training to boost skills and sell-out performance.
- Drive commercial momentum during key periods (e.g., holiday season).
- Conduct analytical reviews and audits of market trends, competition, and business performance.
- Bring strong commercial skills combined with genuine passion for watches and product knowledge.
Profiel
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales position
- Knowledge of Retail and ideally luxury sector
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory
