Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid position for an Area General Manager based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility to work from home as needed. The Area General Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include team management, setting and achieving sales goals, coordinating marketing efforts, and driving logistics to meet operational objectives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and meet organizational targets.
Qualifications
Experience in team leadership, operations management, and business development
Project management and organizational skills
Understanding of sales, marketing strategies, and performance tracking
Proficient in logistics coordination and supply chain management
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of or interest in comic books and graphic novels is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt to diverse tasks
