With a growing portfolio of exciting projects, Krones FBL is strengthening the LCS team and looking for an additional (f/m/x) PROJECT MANAGER SALES CHANGE PARTS Purpose of the Role Krones FBL delivers tailored solutions and top quality service to support food & beverage producers and their production lines throughout the lifecycle: components, retrofits, upgrades, … The Project Manager Sales Change Parts is responsible for managing projects involving adaptations and conversions of machines on customer sites, from the prospecting phase through to contract signature. The Project Manager Sales Change Parts will collaborate closely with the LCS sales team for the overall technical definition of the projects, over installation until completion of the projects and will play a key role in the overall customer relation with each of the different stakeholders on customer side. Therefore, he/she can rely on the support of the Sales LCS team and the Back Office located in Louvain-la-Neuve and Germany, as well as the support of the Customer Care Management team, and a complete service team with experienced technicians. The Project Manager Sales Change Parts will be based in Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium) and will report directly to the Head of Sales LCS of Krones FBL. Please note: Although the role is based in Louvain-la-Neuve, we offer flexible home‑working arrangements to ensure an easy commute for candidates from across Belgium. What awaits you? Responsibility over all customer requests for expansion or modification of existing production lines installed at customer's sites; Organisation and follow-up of regular meetings with the customers following their requests to adapt the existing production lines (e.g. palletizers, labelling machines, fillers, etc.) with additional equipment; To submit to our customers the most appropriate, accurate and timely solution, you analyze critically the different options, exchange technical data with your colleagues in Belgium and Germany and give technical recommendations and clarifications to the different stakeholders. You execute the resulting requests and orders in SAP to ensure that the new parts, the upgrades or retrofits are displayed correctly in the systems and ordered; You oversee and control the entire process: operational risk assessment, identification of dependencies between projects, the process of quotation to order; You monitor constantly your customer's satisfaction and the predefined KPI's, bearing Krones' high-quality standards in mind. Where and when needed, and in collaboration with the different stakeholders, you initiate corrective actions. You build strong alliances with existing customers by helping them to understand and identify their needs; You actively develop and maintain a network of Krones FBL/AG specialists as well as of external stakeholders and experts, for keeping abreast of evolutions and innovations either on the different Krones' machines or within our industry. Therefore, you visit regularly the HQs of Krones AG as well as the production plants in Germany; You contribute with A Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Sciences, Electronics or Electromechanics; Strong, hands-on technical experience in an industrial environment (ideally agri-food or beverages); Your eagerness to take a deep dive into our world and to familiarize with all aspects of our business and our customer solutions, in case you would not have knowledge about Krones' technology; A healthy dose of technical curiosity and a keen interest to discover the fascinating world of our production lines; Your critical thinking, your proactive problem solving skills and effective communication. Your fluency in Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of German is an asset. Your capacity to keep a broad overview over your projects whilst diving deeply into technical discussions ; Your entrepreneurial mindset and with a proactive, self-driven attitude that comes naturally to you. Strong stakeholder management and project management skills as well as your capacity to think along with customers in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
