Responsibilities
- You participate in deploying the commercial policy and operational functioning for your key customer portfolio.
- You develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio.
- You manage negotiations with clients, aligning with the commercial strategy and client terms.
- You ensure timely delivery of the right products and services to clients.
- You plan and forecast for your key accounts.
- You lead and develop a team of 12, including pharmaceutical representatives and beauty advisors.
- You recruit talented team members in collaboration with the HR department.

- You have extensive experience in a commercial role, focusing on people management, key account management, and business development.
- You are a strong negotiator with a proven ability to drive business growth.
- You possess analytical capabilities and a strategic vision.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
