Hospitality Talents , recruitment agencyspecialized in executive hospitality profiles, is proud to partner with aprestigious luxury hotel in Brussels (part of an international hospitalitygroup) in the search for an outstanding Director of Sales & Marketing .

This is a rareopportunity for a strategic, hands-on commercial leader to join the ExecutiveCommittee and play a key role in shaping the hotel’s growth, visibility, andmarket positioning.

Your Mission

As Director of Sales& Marketing, you will drive revenue performance, brand strategy, andcommercial success across all segments, while leading a dynamic teams andrepresenting the hotel at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy& Sales Leadership

  • Define and execute ambitious sales strategiesto achieve revenue and market share objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities andstrengthen relationships with key corporate, leisure, and travel industrypartners
  • Support the sales team with impactfulproposals, presentations, and tailored client experiences
  • Monitor KPIs, market trends, and salesperformance to continuously optimize results

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and lead innovative marketing plansaligned with the hotel’s luxury identity and business goals
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling acrossall channels, enhancing guest engagement and loyalty
  • Oversee campaign planning, creative assets,and content strategy
  • Drive public relations initiatives to increasebrand awareness locally and internationally
  • Build strong relationships with media,influencers, and strategic stakeholders
  • Manage communication strategies in sensitiveor crisis situations with professionalism and proactivity

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Enhance the hotel’s digital footprint throughSEO/SEM, social media, newsletters, and online advertising
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends tomaximize visibility and conversion
  • Collaborate with partners to strengthendistribution channels and online performance

Market Intelligence & Business Insights

  • Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends,customer behavior, and competitive positioning
  • Use data-driven insights to support strategicdecision-making
  • Work closely with Revenue Management,Operations, Finance, and Ownership to ensure full alignment
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performingSales & Marketing team
  • Foster a culture of excellence, creativity,and accountability

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales,Marketing, PR and Communications within the hospitality sector
  • Strong background in luxury hotels or high-endlifestyle hospitality environments
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth andelevate brand positioning
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics,travel networks, and commercial strategies
  • Solid expertise in digital marketing tools andonline distribution
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, andstakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial andhands-on approach
