As a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant – FinDock & Non-Profit , you will play a key role in ensuring delivery continuity, supporting go-lives and post-go-live phases, and contributing to the growth of a strategic practice within a people-first, fast-moving consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• As YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES , your mission will include:

Business Analysis & Advisory

• Lead client workshops , challenge assumptions, and co-design efficient solutions.
• Structure requirements and translate them into actionable functional deliverables , taking into account technical possibilities, business processes and market best practices

Functional Design & Documentation

• Write clear functional specifications and support solution design decisions.
• Configure the Salesforce platform
• Ensure alignment between client needs , best practices , and delivery constraints .

Client Delivery & Continuity

• Take ownership of key project phases including go-live preparation and post-go-live follow-up .
• Provide structured functional support and guidance to stakeholders when questions arise.

Testing & Validation

• Define test cases and validate end-to-end solutions.
• Support release readiness and ensure quality standards are met.

Training & Change Enablement

• Deliver training sessions and create practical documentation for end users.
• Support adoption and change across different stakeholder groups.
• Work closely with developers , architects , and PMs .
• Share knowledge and contribute to best practices around FinDock and Non-Profit Cloud .
• Support and mentor junior consultants when relevant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong experience in Salesforce project delivery , with a solid understanding of functional consulting .
• Hands-on experience with FinDock on at least one real project (implementation , go-live , or post-go-live support ).
• Experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud ( strong non-profit Salesforce delivery exposure is a plus).
• Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops and design scalable, client-centric CRM solutions.
• Able to translate business needs into clear user stories and collaborate effectively with technical teams .
• Comfortable taking ownership : answering client questions, structuring delivery, and anticipating risks .
• Skilled in documentation , configuration, testing , and validation to support high-quality releases .
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Consultant…) are strong assets.
• Fluent in French or Dutch AND English.
• Able to work onsite with clients when required.
