Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• You will meticulously coordinate and follow-up the projects together with the clients and employees. Your main objective is to deliver the projects on time and within budget.
• You will be responsible for communication with customers, advising and supporting customers as well as managing their expectations.
• Accurate and step-by-step monitoring of the planning and checking whether the objectives have been achieved.
• Ability to estimate the risks and their impact on the project/organization plus undertake action to neutralize these risks.
• Supervision and management of Solution Engineers on long-term projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Experience as a Project Manager or experience in managing projects in a different role, preferably in the IT sector, is a must.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Stress-resistant and flexible, you must be able to switch quickly between the different projects.
• Systematic and analytical thinker.
• Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines.
• Language skills: Dutch, English, French, every other language is a plus.
