Are you ready to take on a key role in supporting impactful infrastructure projects?
As a Project planner, you ensure that complex technical projects run smoothly, with clear timelines, structured planning, and reliable progress tracking. You bring clarity, coordination, and consistency across teams and external partners - from early design stages to final commissioning.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you serve as the central reference for all scheduling activities. You build and maintain high‑quality project schedules, challenge assumptions, and help teams stay aligned throughout the entire lifecycle.
You will:
Develop, define, and challenge the scheduling approach tailored to each project or program.
Set up planning frameworks including calendars, baselines, milestones, and progress‑tracking methods.
Consolidate internal and contractor schedules into a coherent and accurate master schedule (using MS Project and/or Primavera P6).
Ensure alignment between planning, scope, procurement, interfaces, and financial milestones.
Gather, validate, and analyze planning data to monitor progress and identify risks early.
Lead planning meetings and collaborate with engineering, construction, and project controls teams.
Apply estimation techniques and propose improvements to processes, tools, and scheduling governance.
Your profile
You combine strong analytical skills with clear communication and enjoy working in a dynamic technical environment.
You bring:
Solid expertise in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Experience with engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI / PMBOK).
Strong communication skills in Dutch and French.
A critical, structured mindset and the ability to turn complex inputs into clear conclusions.
1–3 years of experience in a similar planning or scheduling role.
