This position will report into the BENEDACH CFO
and will manage a team of 3 members. The jobholder will be in close contact with the
DACH & Benelux finance management team in Düsseldorf and Brussels.
Your
missions :

  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive analytical information in ERP.
  • Maintain analytical referential data in ERP.
  • Perform accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and group standards and communicate within the organization with relevant comments / alerts.
  • Ensure financial cycles respect of deadlines (budget, financial estimates, closing).
  • Produce the management control reporting in all domains covering profitability Sales to Operating Profit (ROP) and Working Capital Ratio (WCR).
  • Monitor convergence to financial targets and raise alerts in case of deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with the group procedures defined in the framework of the corporate guidelines, standards, and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly Business Reviews with European Management.
  • Be a business partner to the 4 business units being part of local business units' management meetings. And infuse proper level of financial acumen among sales operations.
  • Manage
    Budget process within local organization in compliance with Ceva standards
    and timetable. Contribute to financial strategic planning by providing
    insights, analysis, and recommendations, and setting functional goals
    aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Implement measures to control the commercial policy and expenditures. Challenge the Operations and make sure all the decisions and bookings are in line with Ceva Financial standards.
  • Ensure compliance with the group procedures defined in the framework of the corporate guidelines, standards, and procedures.
  • Inventory reconciliation ensuring integrity between GL and Warehouse subledger.
  • Lead and monitor implementation of and adherence to a high standard internal control over financial reporting that is compliant with the group framework
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues raised as part of internal audits.
  • Ensure tools DQM (data quality management).
  • In tight cooperation with corporate functions who hold & deploy Master Data Management initiatives, and within the scope of existing IT solutions, he/she ensures data integrity, security & consistency.
  • Ensure implementation and appropriation of corporate tools locally.
  • Your
    profile :

  • Financial Controlling/Planning role within a corporate environment.
  • Pharma, animal health business is a plus.
  • At least 8 years professional
    experience in a Finance Controlling/Planning role within a corporate environment,
    including 2-3 years in a management/team lead position.
  • Master's in economics related study field.
  • Advanced general accounting knowledge & risk/opportunity assessment, tools efficiency.
  • Expert in data management & financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting & business planning, review & reporting.
