Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a General Manager – Operations, based in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficient management of resources, and lead a team towards achieving organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Qualifications Strong skills in General Management and Operations Management Proven experience in Customer Service and Team Management Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Prior experience in a managerial role, especially in a hybrid work environment, is preferred
