Chief Information Security Officer

We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and evolve our enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

As a member of the executive leadership team, the CISO will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously enhancing a comprehensive security program that protects our customers, infrastructure, data, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite
• Lead security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives across a large, distributed organization
• Oversee security architecture, security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence capabilities
• Ensure resilience of critical infrastructure, networks, and digital platforms
• Drive a strong security culture through awareness, training, and executive engagement
• Partner with technology, legal, privacy, and business leaders to embed security-by-design across products and services
• Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
• Lead crisis management efforts during major cyber incidents and ensure robust recovery planning

Profile

• Proven experience as a senior cybersecurity leader (CISO or equivalent) in a complex, highly regulated environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud environments, network security, and large-scale digital ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management methodologies, and security standards
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technical risk into business impact
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary security teams
