Financial Reporting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join a leading banking client in Belgium (50% on-site / 50% remote).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, validate, and monitor financial data accuracy and completeness
  • Perform account reconciliations (suspense accounts, general ledger, cross-border systems)
  • Manage monthly reporting & ensure timely financial closure
  • Contribute to balance sheet & P&L explanations (E2E process control)
  • Improve procedures, internal controls & reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with new regulations and Group requirements

Your Profile:

  • +4 years of relevant experience in bank accounting
  • Experience in banking environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Accounting, or similar
  • Fluent in Dutch, French & English
