Freelance HR Business Partner – Region Roeselare (Ref. 1519)
For a leading industrial company with approximately 200 employees in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist . In this assignment you will strengthen the HR team and take ownership of various strategic and operational HR projects. You will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
- Roll out a cafeteria plan in cooperation with the social secretariat.
- Support the implementation of pay transparency initiatives.
- Optimise internal communication towards employees.
- Analyse and optimise the absence management policy in close collaboration with line management.
- Develop and implement a targeted sourcing and employer branding strategy in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team (including campus recruitment, job fairs, social media strategy, EVP, etc…), with a focus on technical blue-collar profiles and engineers.
- Optimise the current ATS system , fine-tune the recruitment process flow and set up clear recruitment reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Set up and implement a buddy programme for new hires.
- Develop a competency and retention strategy and foster a learning culture (e.g. internal L&D campus, development and career plans, mentorship, etc…).
Your profile:
- Extensive experience as an HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner within a technical or industrial environment working with both blue- and white-collar employees.
- Coaching experience is a strong asset.
- Dutch speaker with a good command of English and French.
- Strong communication skills, hands-on mindset, analytical thinking and solid stakeholder management capabilities.
