• Analyzing key processes and proposing solutions => SIMPLIFY and IMPROVE
• Making and presenting eye catching and mind-blowing presentations => SHOWCASE
• Implementing solutions and supporting teams until sustainable results are achieved => COACH
• Onboard and train Young consultants to develop their talents => INSPIRE
• Making the implementation of the corporate strategy a smooth, efficient and happy track => FACILITATE
• Tracking results and seeking continuous improvement => LEARN/IMPROVE/GET RESULTS
• Becoming a reliable and trustworthy figure to everyone in the company => BUILD TRUST

Requirements

OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?

• You are Master graduated in the field you like—we’re quite open: Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance etc.
• You speak both English and French; German would be ideal too.

And You Have Some Experience In...

• Analyzing current business processes in a critical manner, planning and reporting back on data found
• Providing solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of the business
• Providing suggestions of ways the business can adapt for the future
• Conducting and delivering quantitative research
• Having strong numerical ability to analyze performance metrics
• Effectively managing projects from inception to completion
• Leading teams to secure positive outcomes for organizations
