The project:

Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Business analyst expert Daily Banking to strengthen their team.

Function description:

• Analyse issues and propose improvements
• Analyse and evaluate change requests
• Identify solutions together with the colleagues in the squad and evaluate the different options
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Act as interface with the stakeholders
• Bridge the business needs with IT
• define the business scope, target operating model and interfaces (Business and IT)
• Follow-up implementation of the change, including Business Acceptance testing (BAT)

Is this you?

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Strong spoken communication skills in French
• Good spoken communication skills in Dutch
• Master Degree Business Management or equal through experience
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of technical aspects of daily banking (banking environment typically combines mainframe and distributed applications)
• Business expertise (products, processes, etc) in daily banking
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
• Experience as Business analysist in a bank environment
• Strong in using end-user-computing tools (excel incl macro's/VB, access, etc)
• Experience in project management in a bank
• Experience with the agile methodology
