Sales Manager - Belgium & Netherlands
Location: Belgium (responsibility for Belgium and the Netherlands)
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to take full ownership of how EGN grows in Belgium and the Netherlands.
This is a leadership role for a sales leader who enjoys building strong teams, staying close to key customer conversations, and creating simple, effective structures that drive predictable, long-term growth. You’ll lead a local sales team, work closely with senior leaders, and play a key role in shaping how EGN develops sales talent across two established markets.
This role suits a player-coach who leads from the front, is comfortable working in a lean environment, and adapts their approach across different markets while building trust with senior decision-makers over time.
The Role
As Sales Manager – Belgium & Netherlands, you will take full ownership of membership growth across both markets.
Your mission is to deliver predictable, profitable growth by building, coaching, and leading a high performing sales team. This is a working leadership role: you will lead the team day to day, partner closely with senior leaders at EGN, help move complex opportunities toward clear decisions, and build a sales operation that is disciplined, trusted, and repeatable.
Your focus is not just on closing memberships, but on developing people and creating a consistent way of working that delivers sustainable monthly results.
