Responsibility
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and tailor public cloud solutions to meet their needs.
Support sales teams in creating proposals, responding to RFPs, and preparing various sales documents and presentation materials.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to design solutions that align with clients' business requirements and IT needs.
Create high-level architecture designs and diagrams in collaboration with Solution Architects to effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a technical account manager, collaborating with cloud engineers to provide ongoing technical support.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.
Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Participate in proof-of-concept projects and develop test cases to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Maintain a proactive learning mindset, continuously updating your skills to meet team and client demands
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field.
2 years or above experience in the IT sector. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong knowledge may also be considered for the Associate Cloud Solution Consultant role.
Familiarity with public cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and GCP is preferred.
Public cloud certifications are a plus.
Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin.
