Description
Work closely with the Corporate Finance Manager to discuss favorable terms for financing agreements, foreign exchange dealings, and hedging tools;
Utilize your knowledge in sustainable finance and ESG-related instruments to aid in the organization's transition and innovative objectives;
Suggest customized financing solutions for essential operations as well as new business ventures;
Track financial market trends and evaluate risk exposure to guide hedging tactics;
Collaborate with the Corporate Finance Manager to access financial markets and secure funding according to the organization's changing requirements;
Cultivate and sustain strong connections with banks and institutional investors;
Assess funding needs and market dynamics to identify the most appropriate debt instruments;
Develop and structure inventive financial products as required;
Oversee the processes involved in raising debt and ensure transactions are completed efficiently;
Guarantee adherence to all regulatory reporting and accounting standards;
Keep track of interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks in coordination with the back-office team;
Recommend and implement suitable hedging strategies to alleviate financial risks;
Negotiate favorable terms for hedging and foreign exchange transactions;
Supervise treasury accounting and reporting related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and liquidity positions;
Oversee financing activities to ensure adherence;
Guarantee the accurate execution and documentation of hedge accounting according to relevant standards;
Alongside the Corporate Finance Manager, nurture an active network of stakeholders within the financial market, including banks and investors;
Offer market intelligence and financing perspectives across the organization;
Assist internal teams with financial due diligence, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic projects.
Profile
Holds a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Engineering;
Has demonstrated experience in acquiring and managing corporate and project financing, which includes structuring debt and engaging with capital markets;
Possesses specialized knowledge in overseeing and controlling interest rates, foreign exchange rates, and liquidity risks, along with the ability to negotiate hedging agreements;
Is proficient in handling daily treasury operations;
Exhibits strong analytical abilities to assess financial information and produce precise reports;
Has a deep comprehension of financial markets, encompassing current market conditions and trends;
Is well-versed in various debt instruments and understands their uses and implications;
Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear interactions with internal and external stakeholders;
Demonstrates strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable financing and hedging agreements;
