Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Merchandising
Manage day-to-day operations across all Shopify storefronts, including product uploads, catalog management, and inventory synchronization.
Ensure site health, functional performance, and visual alignment with Doughnut's brand identity.
2. Growth Marketing & SEO/SEM
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) to drive high-quality traffic.
Implement comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic rankings and reduce acquisition costs.
Coordinate seasonal promotions and digital product launches.
3. AI Integration & Innovation
Utilize Generative AI and automation tools to streamline content creation, SEO copywriting, and data analysis.
Identify and implement AI-driven apps or tools within the Shopify ecosystem to enhance user personalization and operational speed.
4. Analytics & Performance Reporting
Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion funnels, and customer behavior using Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify Analytics.
Provide actionable insights and weekly reports on KPI progress, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
5. Project Management & CX
Lead website enhancement projects, including UX/UI updates, third-party integrations, and new feature testing.
Monitor the end-to-end customer journey to ensure a seamless checkout experience and manage high-level customer service escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing. Experience within the Fashion or Lifestyle apparel sector is preferred.
Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics.
AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using AI tools to increase workflow efficiency.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into growth strategies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across creative and logistics teams.
