About Buddy Bites
We're a fast-growing, digitally native dog food brand on a mission to feed every sheltered dog in Asia. For every 2kg of premium European kibble you buy, we donate 1kg to local shelters (we've already given back nearly **10 million meals**).
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our marketplace channels (Shopee + TikTok Shop) while building a best-in-class digitally native brand. You'll drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO), scale revenue, and turn every purchase into more shelter meals. You will have full autonomy on driving digital channel growth as well as be involved in optimising our direct channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully own day-to-day operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop (listings, inventory sync, pricing, promos, ads, campaigns).
- Build and scale TikTok Shop from the ground up — content, live sessions, affiliate/influencer plays, and viral product moments.
- Deliver continuous CRO across all channels, including direct. A/B testing, page speed, checkout flow, product page UX, trust signals, and bundling.
- Assist in the management of our own Shopify-powered site — subscriptions, customer portal, and seamless omnichannel experience.
- Create compelling brand storytelling and product content that highlights our \"buy to donate\" mission and premium European quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and ops teams to launch new products across all channels.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years e-commerce experience.
- Direct experience launching or scaling TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (or similar DTC platforms) — bonus if you've handled subscriptions.
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Creative + commercial mindset: you can write product copy that converts and create content that builds brand love.
- Obsessed with conversion rate optimisation and customer experience.
- Passion for dogs and alignment with our giving-back mission is a big plus.
- Continuous curiosity in a dynamic environment.
- Based in Singapore
