Client Advisor Non-Life

We are looking for a Client Advisor Non-Life to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for managing client contracts, including premium collection and annual settlements. You will maintain contact with employers, employees, and brokers, with customer satisfaction being paramount. Description
You draw up new contracts and ensure that everything is recorded correctly;
You independently manage your customer portfolio and keep it in optimal condition;
You are responsible for collecting premiums and ensure that everything is done accurately and on time;
You create addenda for the contracts and ensure that they are up to date;
You take care of the annual settlement of premiums and keep customers clearly informed about this;
As the contact person, you are the first point of contact for customers, including employers, commercial employees, and brokers;
You answer their questions in a professional manner, both by telephone and in writing, and ensure good customer relations.
Profile
Has relevant experience in the insurance sector, with a specific focus on occupational accidents;
Thinks and works at a Bachelor's level;
Has a solid background in file management and/or customer contact within the insurance industry;
Is administratively skilled and works precisely, accurately, and in a solution-oriented manner;
Communicates fluently and is not afraid to support both French-speaking and Dutch-speaking customers and partners;
Is focused on customer satisfaction, thinks analytically, and can organize and plan his or her tasks independently;
Is driven by enthusiasm, which contributes to the high quality of the work delivered.
