Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director, based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The responsibilities include managing program and project portfolios, leading business process improvements, and overseeing resource allocation. The role involves ensuring effective project governance, aligning projects with corporate strategies, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management, with a proven ability to lead and manage complex initiatives. Experience in Business Process Improvement and implementing efficiencies within diverse organizational structures. Strong skills in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet strategic objectives. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced communication and decision-making abilities to efficiently manage cross-functional teams and resolve challenges. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
