Key Duties
Responsible for daily maintenance and enhancement of Cargo Handling System (CHS), including provide technical support to emergency breakdown as well as corrective maintenance.
Ensure the maintenance programs are cost-effective and attainable.
Ensure the cargo handling system is serviced and maintained according to sets of standards and specifications.
Plan and implement the CHS and equipment upgrade to improve the overall efficiency.
Review spare parts inventory level to optimize parts and tools meeting maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with concerned parties and supervise contractor performance for overhaul works.
Ensure to achieve full compliance with the relevant legislation and ISO/OHSAS standards at working area.
Supervise and motivate staff to achieve the highest performance. Provide appropriated on job trainings to develop staff.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement
Degree holders in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
7 years' engineering experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level.
Highly organized and strong communication skills.
Familiar with local regulations and E&M standards.
Good command of English and Chinese.
