Role Description The Area General Manager will oversee and manage multiple business locations within Hong Kong SAR. As a part-time role with a hybrid setup, this position combines on-site presence with remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining good customer relationships, supervising staff, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Area General Manager will also analyze financial data, strategize for growth, and maintain operational excellence across all locations under their supervision. Qualifications Proven leadership and management skills, including team motivation, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution Knowledge in business operations, financial management, and sales optimization Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in communication and reporting tools Ability to work in a hybrid structure and effectively manage both remote and on-site tasks Familiarity with the local market and business practices in Hong Kong SAR is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
