Key Responsibilities and Requirement
- Manage the Details Design Development Stage and Tender Preparation Stage following the Concept Stage design.
- Handle bespoke-designed interior projects, focusing on bespoke joinery and innovative material applications.
- Apply a strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery and premium design elements.
- Guide designers and assistants, fostering a collaborative team environment throughout project execution.
- Oversee construction administration, including work to strategize responses to contractor inquiries and client project management inquiries during the construction phase.
- If candidates demonstrate potential in conceptual design, assist in providing creative direction during the conceptual and schematic design stages.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Minimum of 5 years of working experience
Strong expertise in bespoke design, innovative materials, and high customization projects.
Proficient in 3D modelling and rendering (Rhino and Enscape).
Skilled in producing 2D drawings and construction drawing sets (in Rhino).
Individuals with a passion for Design, Art, and Culture are preferred.
