General Manager – Operations


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a General Manager – Operations, located in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing budgets and resources, improving processes, and ensuring efficiency across the organization. The General Manager – Operations will also lead and mentor teams, manage client relations, and ensure customer satisfaction while aligning operational activities with the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in General Management and Operations Management to effectively oversee organizational activities and processes
Strong leadership skills in Team Management and experience fostering a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated ability to handle Customer Service and build long-term client relationships
Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a professional services or operations-focused industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
