Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Research and Development Director / R&D Manager based in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves managing and leading R&D projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of innovation strategies. The role requires effective team management and leadership to drive advancements and achieve organizational objectives. While the position is based in Hong Kong SAR, partial remote work is supported.
Qualifications
Proficient in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting in-depth research
Demonstrated expertise in Team Management, including leadership and fostering collaboration
Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee and deliver initiatives on time
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of environmental sustainability or eco-friendly solutions is an advantage
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
