Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Administrator located in Hong Kong SAR. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing daily operational activities, providing administrative support, and improving organizational processes. The role also involves ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining records, supporting project management tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Operations Administrator will assist in streamlining operations to align with the Group's vision of excellence.
Work Responsibilities:
Operation & Administration (Gallery & Office)
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties in relation to all gallery and office administration.
Collaborate with various departments to implement exhibition management practices.
Assist in logistics coordination, venue set-up / dismantling, and on-site event supervision during the exhibition period.
Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors for daily gallery and office maintenance, e.g. stationary, pantry, insurance, security system, cleaning, etc.
Maintain and update administrative filings and documents.
Staff travel bookings
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Human Resources
Handle the last-day assessment of the resigned/terminated staff and their inquiries.
Assist in the recruitment process.
Assist in monthly retail staff commission, payroll, autopay, and MPF declaration.
Staff leave management, medical insurance renewal, working visa application, and extension.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferable; Fresh graduates will be considered.
Proactive, mature, responsible, hard-working, willing to learn, and a team player.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office and English & Chinese Word Processing.
Immediate availability is preferable.
