Key Account Manager


We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to further strengthen our Sales organization and support the growth of Securitas Technology in Belgium. In this role, you will develop long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position our advanced Security & ICT solutions in your market segment.
What you will do
Develop and grow your customer portfolio through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
Drive order intake and achieve commercial targets in line with Securitas Technology's vision.
Promote and sell solutions such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, ICT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, and more.
Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions together with our internal experts.
Identify new market segments and support lead generation initiatives.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Back Office, Marketing, etc.) to deliver strong results.
What you bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager / Sales role.
Strong understanding of Security and/or ICT technologies.
Experience with brands such as:
Axis, Mobotix, Genetec, Nedap (security)
Cisco, HP, VMware, Checkpoint (ICT)
Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and demonstrate added value.
Strong commercial drive, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A proactive, dynamic and professional attitude.
