# DGS Account Director## Hybrid (London)### About the role...As the Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic relationships with existing clients and in addition may be required to identify and sign new partners in order to meet revenue goals. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities for the company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as product & marketing, to deliver exceptional value and ensure the long-term success of our clients and our organization.**Responsibilities:*** Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and/or prospects, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.* Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to align with clients' long-term goals and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand our offerings within existing accounts.* Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth. Lead the build and presentation of value propositions to win incremental business. Expand customer relationships into all territories where they are present.* Ensure CRM is kept up to date with all partner related activities and pipeline opportunities are in the correct sales stage always with a future task* Ensure forecast is kept up to date and accurately reflects future revenue* Client Advocacy: Champion the clients' needs and requirements internally, advocating for resources and support to meet their expectations. Ensure timely and efficient issue resolution to maintain a positive client experience.* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account, tracking progress towards established goals. Regularly report on account performance to senior management and provide insights for continuous improvement.* Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and align with the company's goals.* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to our clients' businesses. Utilize this knowledge to anticipate client needs and propose innovative solutions.* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact the client relationship or company's revenue. Implement proactive measures to safeguard the business interests.### What we're looking for in you...* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience* 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing global accounts and driving revenue growth to over-achieve against quota.* Deep understanding of the Telecoms and/or UCaaS sector and the challenges faced by key clients in the Nordic market would be essential* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.* Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, ensuring beneficial agreements for both parties.* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.* Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, capable of navigating complex business landscapes.* Accomplished at asking the right questions and communicating clearly in written and verbal form.* Preference for working in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.* Ability to travel – domestic and international* Opportunity to shape AI innovation at scale* High-impact role in a fast-growing international organisation* Collaboration with experienced, cross-functional teams* Flexible hybrid working model and competitive compensation### Attention required!#J-18808-Ljbffr
