Assistant Project Manager


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, which allows for a combination of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Project Manager will support project planning and coordination, manage schedules, and assist in tracking progress to ensure project objectives are met. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with vendors, assisting in inspections, monitoring logistics, and expediting tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Expediting and familiarity with Expeditor processes to ensure smooth workflow execution
Strong skills in Project Management and Inspection, with the ability to coordinate and oversee specific project elements
Experience in Logistics Management, ensuring efficient supply chain and on-time delivery of resources
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to hybrid work settings and collaborate across diverse teams
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a project-based or similar supporting role is a plus
