Head of PMO

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Head of PMO / PMO Lead located in Hong Kong SAR with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Head of PMO / PMO Lead will organize, lead, and manage the project management office to ensure project success. Daily responsibilities include overseeing program management activities, managing stakeholder communication, analyzing project performance, budgeting, and leading project teams to meet objectives efficiently and within deadlines.
Qualifications
Program Management expertise to oversee various projects effectively
Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance and optimize outcomes
Stakeholder Management experience to build and maintain productive relationships
Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure financial accountability
Team Leadership skills to guide and support cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational and communication abilities for effective coordination
A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field is preferred
Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly beneficial
