JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Head of Odoo Services, you are responsible for structuring, coordinating and ensuring the quality of Odoo support activities, while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations.

You act as a key point of reference for both customers and internal teams on support-related topics, continuous improvement initiatives, and Odoo migrations. This Odoo Support Manager role will evolve into an Odoo Support Team Lead position.

YOUR ROLE

• Structure and continuously improve the support organisation (processes, tools, priorities, SLAs).
• Deliver high-quality functional support (analysis, prioritisation, resolution and communication).
• Act as the main escalation point for complex or sensitive support cases.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers.
• Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Lead and coordinate Odoo migrations and upgrades for support customers.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–5 years of experience in software support, ERP support or functional consulting
• Strong functional knowledge of Odoo (Odoo certification required)
• Experience in structured support environments (SLAs, prioritisation, service quality)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing priorities
• Customer-focused, analytical and detail-oriented
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
