Job description

• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers through coaching, feedback, and clear priorities.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by overseeing preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Act as first point of contact for technical issues and manage spare parts inventory.
• Guard safety, quality, and GMP compliance through leadership and example.
• Support quality events like Deviations, CAPAs, and FMEAs.
• Drive process improvement and long-term maintenance strategy together with Reliability Engineers.

Requirements

• Relevant technical or engineering degree.
• Maintenance and reliability experience in pharma/biotech.
• First people coaching experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP standards.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Confident leadership and coaching style.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
