We are supporting a PE‑backed industrial services group in the construction sector that is entering a new phase of professionalisation and integration following strong growth and several acquisitions.

The company is looking to appoint a CFO who will strengthen financial governance, lead the finance organisation, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and shareholders.

Profile:

• Experience in multi‑entity or buy‑and‑build environments
• Strong financial leadership across reporting, cash management, and governance
• Hands‑on, structured, and able to work closely with operational teams
• Effective communicator with PE stakeholders
• Based in Belgium (multi‑site environment)
