Senior Software Engineer

I'm partnered with a Multi-award-winning SaaS Fintech scale-up based in Belgium. They believe every interaction between companies and customers matters and are on a mission to deliver the simplest, most secure way to exchange with confidence. Fast-growing, product-led, and engineering-driven.

They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a cross-functional product team and help scale a modern SaaS platform. This is a hands-on role with real impact on architecture, product quality, and technical direction.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications
• Develop high-quality features end-to-end
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering
• Mentor junior engineers and raise overall code quality

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript experience
• Solid experience with Vue.js (or similar modern framework)
• Backend experience with Node.js
• SaaS / product environment experience
• Comfortable in a scale-up setting
