PMO Office Manager

🚀 Nexeo is looking for a Senior PMO Consultant / PMO Office Manager – Strategic IT Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO Consultant to support a high-impact IT transformation program.

You will set up and operate the PMO Office, ensuring governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and quality of deliverables across a large, multidisciplinary project. You will coordinate business and IT teams, facilitate workshops, manage requirements, and support testing and documentation standards.

Your role:

• Establish and operate PMO governance processes (Prince2 & Agile Scrum).
• Maintain global program planning, track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate business–IT workshops and align stakeholders.
• Ensure traceability and validation of requirements, manage change requests.
• Define and enforce quality standards for documentation and deliverables.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years PMO / Project Management experience in large IT programs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Leadership without hierarchical authority; Agile experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
