Head of Engineering

Head of Engineering - Fluent in French and English - Brussels Area - SaaS - Employment through own company possible

We are looking for an experienced leader who is interested in helping this SaaS company to become future proof and manage a team of roughly 12 engineers.

The company has around 50FTE and in many ways they are ready to make the next step in growing the company. The company is building software that is being used by large product companies throughout multiple domains in the Benelux.

Some of the challenges are:

• Moving from custom made development for big customers to a more scalable way of development
• Implementing best practices and the right processes
• Growing and empowering the tech team
• Leading the migration towards a more modern platform
• Probably setting up a nearshore construction

We are looking for:

• Background in technology
• Experience leading technical teams within a SaaS/Product based company
• Experience with scaling teams and software
• Someone who is structured
• Fluent in French and English is mandatory

Employment through own company possible - budget 160K yearly
