Position Overview Fully manage the hotel's learning function, including development of Departmental Trainers and establishment of a comprehensive system for managing learning data and it's analysis Design, produce and implement learning programmes which meet specific departmental needs, and ensure structured and effective learning Guide & coach Departmental Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly Coach and counsel staff by providing constructive feedback to enhance performance Oversee quality performance of the hotel including Guest Experiences (HeartBeat, Social Reviews), Safety & Security, Food Safety, Brand Standard, Cleanliness etc. Guide and partner with department heads to develop systematic internal self-audit program to ensure utmost service delivery Provide insightful analysis to support business decision making.
