Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Hong Kong SAR. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth facility functionality and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, implementing operations processes, coordinating events, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facility. The Operations Manager will also focus on optimizing operations, encouraging a positive environment, and managing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management and team leadership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Knowledge of event coordination and inventory management
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus
Passion for sports and community-focused initiatives is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred
