IT Project Manager Senior NL

We're looking for an IT Project Manager Senior NL to join one of our clients' teams.

Type: Freelance

Duration: 11 months (renewable)

What are your responsibilities?

• Manage multiple IT and digital projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Act as a trusted partner for internal business stakeholders, translating business needs into structured project execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations) to deliver measurable business value.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and financial impact, ensuring alignment with the original business case.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, testing phases, retrospectives) and ensure strong collaboration between teams.
• Communicate regularly with sponsors and senior stakeholders, providing clear progress updates and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure both business and IT aspects of each project are fully aligned from initiation to delivery.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management within corporate environments.
• Proven experience managing projects with business case ownership and budget responsibility.
• Strong stakeholder management experience at a senior or director level.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/hybrid).
• Strong communicator, able to build partnerships across business and IT.
• Stress-resistant and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
