Group Finance Manager

Met Louie is looking for a Group Finance Manager.

For a global industrial manufacturing group, we are supporting the search for a Group Finance Manager. Are you working in a Big Four accounting firm and are ready to make your move to the industry?

We are looking for a professional who will take the lead ownership of all Group accounting, reporting, and compliance activities, delivering accurate and timely financial information and preparing reports for the Board of Directors.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing all group reporting activities, delivering clear, insightful and high-quality reports to the board of directors;
• Managing the entire budget and forecasting process for Group companies and ensuring proper implementation of transfer pricing policies;
• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping, managing the consolidation and preparing financial statements according to IFRS;
• Safeguarding for compliance with internal control policies and relevant legislation;
• Leading and supporting the chief accountants across the group;
• Preparing and presenting financial performance reports for banks, credit insurers, and other financial stakeholders, in close cooperation with the group treasurer;
• Overseeing tax matters and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;
• Leading ERP implementation projects and ensuring integration with financial processes;
• Serving as main point of contact for internal and external auditors.
• Collaborating closely with the group business controlling on accounting policies, reporting matters, audit process and technical accounting topics.

Your background and experience:

• A completed Master’s degree in Finance, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification considered a strong plus;
• Demonstrating proven experience in leading teams within a senior FP&A role;
• 8+ years relevant experience in a financial role covering reporting & consolidation;
• Experience in a Big Four accountancy firm and/or an international manufacturing company is a strong advantage;
• Holding a certified auditor qualification with experience in auditing financial statements.
• Communicating fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, as a mandatory requirement.
