Your missions and responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties with the opportunity for growth.
• Coordinate administrative, commercial and technical tasks (variety incoming!)
• Plan site visits (you will not be behind a desk the entire day!)
• Oversee relationships with clients/tenants
• Enhance your expertise in financial oversight and buildings cycle value

The perfect profile

• Possess a degree in property management or have a first experience in this field.
• Have proficiency ideally in dutch, french and english
• Strong organizational skills, precision and autonomy
• Be at ease with daily contact with various stakeholder (subcontractors, tenants, coworkers,…
• Proficient in IT tools
